12 mm twin secrew is 24 L/D extruder.Barrel consists one part and resistance to high heatibgs.All zones has its own heaters and starts by a socket because of best mixture and dispersion effect.So it enables secrew and barrel configiration for best desing.
12 mm twin secrew is designed by fiber on single table. It provides testing by at least raw material (100gr). It makes possible valuable polimers processed by segmented secrew and barrel.It has a redesignable factor by selecting secrews different kneading, mixing and cutting parts. Extruder electric pannel is under the table.
